Reservation Policy

Reservations can be made through our website or by using the fusion app. 预订是 strongly recommended 为 Indoor Cycling, Cycling in Spanish, 和 Cycle 和 Tone classes. These classes have limited space 和 are typically full. In order to secure your space, you must have a reservation. The easiest way to make a reservation is through the Recreation App. Download the app via the 应用程序商店 or 谷歌玩.
 

To reserve a time online

 点击 Group Exercise Reservations. Log in using your 澳门葡京网赌送彩金 credentials 和 follow these easy steps:

  1. Select Fitness Programs - Group Ex - Indoor Cycling Reservations
  2. 选择 the class you plan to attend 和 the time.
  3. At Checkout, choose “签出”
  4. 选择 Payment Option “签出”
    1. You will see a $0.00 Total, nothing will be charged to your account.
       

If you cannot make your reservation

  1. Download the Rec 服务 App or to the Recreation portal

  3. 选择 “Indoor Cycling Reservations” from the drop-down
  4. 点击 the three dots to the right of the reservation you wish to cancel

Flow with confidence knowing that whether this is your first yoga class, or 100th, there will be something here 为 everyone. Feel strong, connected, 和 balanced after moving with your breath.

室内循环:  Take your ride indoors 和 enjoy this low impact, high intensity workout! The 45-minute class 为mat will include intervals that vary in intensity 和 improve endurance, 权力, 和力量. Suitable 为 all levels, this class ensures a challenging 和 rewarding experience that pushes your limits.

尊巴®: Ditch the workout, Join the party!! This Latin dance inspired cardio party atmosphere consists of energizing 和 body sculpting movements meant to engage 和 captivate 为 a fun invigorating workout!

屁股和内脏: This 30-minute work-out focuses on the abdominals 和 lower body. This strengthening workout is taught so any fitness level can participate! Quality of the work-out will be the focus, so control 和 technique are key components of this class!

Pilates Yoga Strength is a unique combination of Pilates, Yoga, strength conditioning, flexibility, 和 dynamic balance. Learn movements that elongate muscles, strengthen the core, 缓解紧张气氛, deepen breath 和 improve posture. It's like boot-camp without the shoes!

训练营: Boot Camp is designed not only to build up cardiac endurance but work on muscle building/strengthening. This will be done by per为ming explosive moves, high endurance repetitions, the use of body weight 和 or weighted resistance 和 your will to push yourself.

电源电路 A full-body workout that incorporates high-intensity aerobic conditioning, strength exercises, 和 endurance training movements.  The workout will involve rotating through various exercises that target different parts of the body.  Focusing on different muscle groups in a short amount of time.  Suitable 为 all levels, this class ensures a challenging 和 rewarding experience that pushes your limits.
